I had a great move with BOF. Communication was good, they started on time, and the employees were all very friendly and packed the furniture neatly.

First, I'd like to point out the positive aspects: the employees were very nice and friendly and worked quickly.
However, I have to say I'm quite disappointed with the company, as I've had a contract with them since December, which explicitly requested, ordered, and confirmed a move with a furniture lift. On the day of the move, the company arrived without a furniture lift and therefore couldn't take my refrigerator with them. Apparently, the rental company for the furniture lift got sick. Two and a half weeks after the actual move date, the refrigerator is still in the old apartment, and the company simply says, 'Your bad luck, we won't take care of it.' They could have said this 2 and a half weeks ago, but now the problem is that they're leaving the apartment. I personally find this kind of behavior unfriendly to customers, unprofessional, and above all, they didn't even attempt to find a solution, even though there are plenty of options, such as renting a furniture lift from Boels. Unfortunately, my initial joy at finding this company quickly faded, and it would have been better to choose a different company.Lesen Sie mehr

Everything went perfectly! :) They responded to my inquiry very quickly and were incredibly reliable. They started work on time and completed everything as agreed. The disassembly and assembly of the furniture were flawless. During assembly, the furniture was even better put together than before! :D It's a truly fantastic company with wonderful employees. Everyone was motivated, fast, and very friendly from start to finish. The preparation and transport were also amazing. Everything was packed carefully and neatly, regardless of whether it was a cheaper or more expensive piece of furniture.

The guys who carried out the move were great and worked very neatly and conscientiously. However, the office's planning was abysmal. An inventory list was stipulated in the contract, but upon arrival, they were told the guys had to make a second trip, incurring an additional charge of over €250 (which had to be paid in cash and couldn't be transferred like the original invoice). The company didn't even bother to ask about the size or weight of the furniture. Therefore, the company failed in its planning and due diligence obligations, and we're stuck with the bill. Legal action will be taken.

Communication was okay, however, they only work with prepayment. Since we didn't know the company (check24) and they don't have a website, transferring the money 'in the dark' seemed too risky, so we booked a different moving company that we normally pay on the day of the move.
