However, I have to say I'm quite disappointed with the company, as I've had a contract with them since December, which explicitly requested, ordered, and confirmed a move with a furniture lift. On the day of the move, the company arrived without a furniture lift and therefore couldn't take my refrigerator with them. Apparently, the rental company for the furniture lift got sick. Two and a half weeks after the actual move date, the refrigerator is still in the old apartment, and the company simply says, 'Your bad luck, we won't take care of it.' They could have said this 2 and a half weeks ago, but now the problem is that they're leaving the apartment. I personally find this kind of behavior unfriendly to customers, unprofessional, and above all, they didn't even attempt to find a solution, even though there are plenty of options, such as renting a furniture lift from Boels. Unfortunately, my initial joy at finding this company quickly faded, and it would have been better to choose a different company.Lesen Sie mehr
