The quotation portion was very fast n they responded fast too.
Everything is in German so even with Google translator it may be tough with all the fine prints etc.
We have agreed to start the move at 9am but they came at 8am instead, in the end it was a bit rush. The move was finished earlier as me and my husband helped the moved.
The movers were very friendly.
The problem is the final invoice. As I have selected by hours, in the end they charged the time the movers leave their warehouse and back to their warehouse too. Based on Google map, the time needed is only 30mins but they charged 1hr each way. We have agreed on two movers but in the end three came. To be honest most of the move was done by only 2 movers as I counted how many times each mover went in and out of the apt but they still charge for three persons. At the end of the day, the price was almost 50% higher than expected.
