I needed to move household goods and decided to use this company. The movers worked very accurately, very fast and paid attention to all the information I provided them regarding different pieces of my furniture and boxes with household items. They are professionals and are pleasant and friendly people to work with. Everything was done on schedule and my household items arrived at the destination in time and intact and were unloaded very efficiently. Thank you very much to people who worked on moving my stuff! Will call you again when needed.

Furniture picked up early May from our home in Enkenbach-Alsenborn for delivery to Fl. Gertjan Punt told us, that due to covid, shipping would be delayed. That was understandable and acceptable. Early June we were told it would be 45 days or less to Miami.
Then he and the company went incommunicado. Could not contact by email, phone or WhatsApp. All phone calls went to answering machine.
Finally when I called on 2 September I was able to speak to Mr Punt. Delivery would be on 29 September.
And that is the last we have heard from them. 6 months. No furniture. No idea where it is. No way to contact. €17,000 paid. We have contacted an attorney. Use at your peril.
In reply to your email of today, November 25, 2024: You regret your stealing my Euro 17,000 but not enough to reimburse me. You should never be allowed to conduct a business ever again.

Super, super, super! These guys made our move within downtown Wiesbaden super smooth and easy! I could not have asked for a better company to move us, they got all of our apartment loaded up, moved to the new apartment, and unpacked all before lunch! This company employs true professionals and I recommend doing business with them. 10/10

I have used this company twice and both times they provided a stellar service. Nothing was broken, damaged or stolen. They provided a great service at a great price. If I ever need to move again I would only place a call to them.
