Stay away from this company. In my experience they caused major damage to our new apartment and furniture. At the end when we discussed it with Mr. Punt, he was more than reluctant to assist. Now he has avoided us for over a month plus with multiple emails and several phone calls with messages. I understand that he is a pastor as well, you would think doing to right thing would be a part of his make up, no it's not. Now I have to engage an attorney to help this company do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and find a different company from my experience with them.

Stay Away! They caused massive damage to my house and property. They demanded we pay in full before they file an insurance claim. Even after we paid in full they have not taken any actions. Stay away!
Edit 01 July 2025: Victory Umzüge will not return our communications and has still taken no action.

I needed to move household goods and decided to use this company. The movers worked very accurately, very fast and paid attention to all the information I provided them regarding different pieces of my furniture and boxes with household items. They are professionals and are pleasant and friendly people to work with. Everything was done on schedule and my household items arrived at the destination in time and intact and were unloaded very efficiently. Thank you very much to people who worked on moving my stuff! Will call you again when needed.

Furniture picked up early May from our home in Enkenbach-Alsenborn for delivery to Fl. Gertjan Punt told us, that due to covid, shipping would be delayed. That was understandable and acceptable. Early June we were told it would be 45 days or less to Miami.
Then he and the company went incommunicado. Could not contact by email, phone or WhatsApp. All phone calls went to answering machine.
Finally when I called on 2 September I was able to speak to Mr Punt. Delivery would be on 29 September.
And that is the last we have heard from them. 6 months. No furniture. No idea where it is. No way to contact. €17,000 paid. We have contacted an attorney. Use at your peril.
In reply to your email of today, November 25, 2024: You regret your stealing my Euro 17,000 but not enough to reimburse me. You should never be allowed to conduct a business ever again.

Hiring Victory made our move so easy! The communication was prompt and they answered all of our questions. The crew was kind, efficient, and hard working. Plus, they did a great job. All of our possessions were handled with care with no damage. I highly recommend this company!
