TOP und nochmal TOP! Haben uns ein 3 teiliges Sofa geliefert.... WOW. Der Mitarbeiter trug das Sofa fast allein, keuchte, schwitzte und dennoch ein Lächeln. Chef auch freundlich, sowohl am Telefon als auch dann vor Ort. Klare Empfehlung !!!!!

Initially, they were very nice and friendly.
After we carried the first sofa section into the hallway, the employees unloaded the second section from the truck (which I found very thoughtful) and placed it fabric-side down on the wet sidewalk instead of resting it on the four metal legs.
If the employees had only waited two minutes, it wouldn't have been a problem for us to carry the second section ourselves.
Now we have a dirty sofa and the work of cleaning it—thanks for nothing.
I am extremely disappointed with this delivery.
