The move from Wuppertal to Solingen was very punctual and incredibly fast. I would gladly use their services again. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and even took care of extras that had been agreed upon. A truly excellent job.

I booked a small move (refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, IKEA furniture) at very short notice for 3 hours. The employees were extremely punctual and very friendly. The work was completed satisfactorily and reliably. Thank you so much!!

Today we had an upholstered suite delivered
by AET Umzüge. Because the piece of furniture was quite large, it had to be transported to the first floor using an external elevator. The entire process went absolutely smoothly from start to finish.
The manager was personally on site and, together with two employees, carried out the transport. Even during the assembly of the external elevator, it was evident how skilled and experienced the team was. The suite was transported quickly, yet very carefully. Everything went smoothly without the slightest problem or damage – both to the furniture and to the house.
I would particularly like to highlight the team's professionalism, well-coordinated work, and friendliness. You immediately notice that they have a lot of experience and that customer service is a top priority.
We are completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend AET Umzüge. This certainly won't be the last time we use their services. Thank you for the great service!

The company supported me in moving items to new house and the staff was very friendly. Whole process was completed without any arguments and conditions in professional manner.
