They were very fast to reply to me every time I needed to check something. Their offer was good and they were very clear at the contract about the constraints for the move (max allowed space and weight for the truck). They were also very flexible and didn't charge me any extra when I had to change the destination address one day before the truck arrived in Valência. The guys who loaded/unloaded the truck were also very nice and professional.

Die 2jungen Männer vom Umzugsunternehmen waren top!!! Sehr schnell, umsichtig und freundlich.
Da es Probleme mit dem Fahrzeug gab,kamen sie allerdings statt um 10Uhr erst um 23.45 ! Aber nach 2 Tagen kamen alle Möbel unverseht in Estepona an.
Ich bin froh, mich für dieses Unternehmen entschieden zu haben!!!

SpeedRoad Solution or speed-moving, was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had with a company.
I moved already from different countries and cities but that was the worst company. The guys which call me talked a lot and made me trust they were a good company, but they brought a very small truck which didn't fit my furniture, they had to move in two different days which cause me a lot of trouble (one week later it arrived half of my furniture).
They damage the furniture and as I had signed the paper saying the moving has happened they didn't solve any issue. There was damage in the floor of my previous apartment, which also I only saw the next day when I was cleaning, they didn't pay anything, they told me it was my problem to solve because I didn't see it before I sign the document (which does not give me any time to check all my things and boxes).
Another big problem was I paid 900 euros more for packing and assembling and disabled and they didn't pack what I had to do during the move, they disabled my furniture but arriving at my new address they didn't assemble everything as I paid for. Also, I paid for the material (paper for packing and for protection and I had to go out and buy it myself) That was the worst experience, I was crying during the move and I had problems with all the steps with this company. They don't give a proper contract and they are NOT AN HONEST company.
The price was cheaper then the other company, but in the end I had to pay for all the damage and the worst was the all stress I had to deal with. Really this company does not have permissions to work in Germany or Spain that was the reason they didn't provide me the documents for the parking. I had to help with the boxes and deal with problems in the street because of that.
Do not trust [Name removed by Sirelo] which is the owner, he talks a lot and is a good seller, but not a good professional (if I can call them as professionals). He every day was telling would give the papers proving his legal rights to work in Germany and Spain. In the end, he told me 'don't worry you don't need to pay for a parking place we will make happen and if the police fine the truck I pay for the costs. We will do it in the street without a problem'. Very illegal, I was very scared but I already had paid for 50% of the service I could not cancel he would not give my money back.
His employes had to deal with everything in two persons, they where exhausted. It was service for at least 3-4 persons.Lesen Sie mehr

Zur Vorstellung: ich bin der Wahlopa der jungen Ausländerin, die innerhalb der Stadt in eine preiswertere Wohnung umgezogen ist. Die junge Frau ist jetzt vollbeschäftig mit dem Einräumen der Schränke in der neuen Wohnung. Ich habe mit 88 Jahren nur die Organisation gemacht, diese Firma wurde von ihr selbst ausgewählt. Und die Wahl war goldrichtig. Die beiden Mitarbeiter kamen am Umzugstag überpünktlich vor Ort an und begannen gleich mit dem Abbau der Küche, die leider in der neuen Wohnung nicht verwendet werden kann und deshalb zum Verkauf anstand. Das Schicksal entschied, dass sie noch am Umzugstag einen Käufer fand. Die beiden Mitarbeiter der Firma Speed Road arbeiteten emsig, fast ohne Unterbrechung insgesamt über 10 Stunden, machten einen supernetten Eindruck; sehr freundlich, fleißig und kennen sich in diesem Metier sehr gut aus. Sie behandelten die Möbel sehr vorsichtig, verursachten keinerlei Schäden in den Treppenhäusern und bauten alles in der neuen Wohnung komplett zusammen. Man kann hier nur warnen, man erwartet eine Anzahlung, man bekommt nichts wirklich schriftlich, die Angebote sind so unseriös günstig, dass dies nur mithilfe von Schwarzarbeit umsetzbar ist. Man kann nur davor warnen, ich habe eine Anzeige erstattet!

Here, an honest feedback about our household removal from Berlin to Austria in December 2021 (between 45-50 qm volume). The majority of the proposals we received were overpriced and obviously we were looking for a realistic offer from professional removal companies. The offer from SpeedRoad was very competitive and we went for it.
On the day of the removal as per agreement 2 x Lorry’s / LKWs and 4 people arrived on time and did a very professional and efficient job. Above all, we underestimated the volume of our furniture and SpeedRoad, on the day of the removal organised a 3rd, additional Lorry / LKW and 2 people within hours to pick up our remaining furniture and transport it overnight to Austria. Great support, polite and efficient people mastering all challenges independently from lift/elevator restrictions, heavy furniture’s or putting everything into a storage facility.
We would highly recommend SpeedRoad for efficient, professional and cost-effective removals (even for international removals) and would not hesitate to use their service again.

Als ich mich nach Anbietern für unseren Umzug umgesehen habe habe ich mir verschiedenen Angebote eingeholt. Das Preis Angebot hat mich zuerst etwas stutzig gemacht, da die anderen Anbieter weit über dem Preis lagen. Dennoch habe ich mich für diese Umzugsfirma entschieden und bereue meine Entscheidung nicht. Es wurde alles schnell und effizient abgebaut und von A nach B gebracht. Die 2 Herren waren sehr nett. Ich würde diese Firma jedem weiter empfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder mit ihnen umziehen. Vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren Umzug so super und professionell betreut habt.

A truck and two movers arrive on the organized day 15 minutes early. They were both very friendly and efficient at the job. Although I didnt have too many items, the truck was loaded within 40 minutes and arrived at the destination on the same day and everything was unpacked. There was constant communication via email and phone. Great experience.

Die Umzugsfirma hat mir einen Vertrag zugeschickt in dem alle wichtigen Punkte aufgelistet waren. Als die zwei Männer kamen um den Umzug zu beginnen haben die schnell bemerkt das sie es an einem Tag nocht schaffen würden. Sie Kamen erst sehr spät zum Termin und waren schon sehr müde. Die Waren offensichtlich überarbeitet. Aus Kulanz habe ich den Jungs gesagt, dass sie am nächsten Tag weitermachen können. Das haben sie aber auch am nächsten Tag nicht geschafft. Dann sind die garnicht mehr wiederbekommen. Die Begründung war, dass das Volumen der Güter erreicht worden sei. Das Stand aber in dem Vertrag nocht drinn. Außerdem hat mir der Herr am Telefon fersichert, dass alles in die andere Wohnung betrachtet wird. Jetzt werde ich eine Anzeige melden in der Hoffnung mein Geld wieder zu bekommen, weil noch einige Sachen in der anderen Wohnung geblieben sind.
Die Firma lässt ihre Mitarbeiter den ganzen Tag arbeiten ohne auf ihre Gesundheit zu achten.

nach Ihren Schätzungen waren 32 Kubikmeter, daher war unser Preis nur für 32 Kubikmeter, außerdem haben wir zwei mal fahren gemacht, das bedeutet fast 50 Kubikmeter transportirt.
Der Vertrag wurde von unserer Seite zu 100% korekt, wir haben sogar noch mehr für Sie getan, um Ihnen zu helfen. Was außerhalb des Vertrages steht, wird extra bezahlt, man muss es nur verstehen und gesunden Menschenverstand und Respekt haben.
Niemand arbeitet umsonst .

The guys showed up on the discussed time to pick up our stuff. They were friendly and worked fast while still careful with our furniture. They arrived on time the next day and all of our belongings were still in perfect condition. They were also able to communicate in English fairly well. Generally a very positive experience.

es ist normal .. Sie haben gerade die Reservierung bezahlt und wir haben in diesem Zeitraum bereits einen Umzug storniert.
