leider kann man hier nicht null Sterne vergeben, sonst kann man seine Meinung nicht äußern...ansonsten hätte ich Null Sterne vergeben. Nach langem Hin & Her kann ich jedem nur Raten, die Finger von diesem Unternehmen zu lassen. Kurz zusammen gefasst, mir wurden 2 Marken Jacken entwendet und nicht ersetzt. Der Adventskalender meiner Tochter wurde geöffnet & zwei drittel der Schokolade weg gegessen. Im Keller am Ausladeort wurde alles nur querbett ohne System reingeworfen. Kisten im Haus standen fasst alle nicht in den Räumen wo sie hin sollten, trotz eindeutiger Beschriftung. Der Trupp wollte schon abhauen ohne mir wieder die Wohnungseingangstür einzuhängen & noch einiges mehr, was den Rahmen hier jetzt sprengen würde. Bei versuchter Klärung nach dem Umzug dauerte es immer mehrere Wochen, bis ich mal eine Rückantwort bekam…& zum Schluss wurde mir absolut nichts erstattet oder irgendwie anders entgegen gekommen. Also besser nach einem anderen Unternehmen schauen!!!

We were very happy with the team from Umzugsschreiner.
Planning and communication went well - very friendly team. They calculated the costs and effort well. They where in time and transported everything save to our new location. I can really recommend to rent their boxes (see image). You can stable them filled or folded well and have no paper waste afterwards. If we would move again - we would go for 'Umzugsschreiner' again !

Update: I received a message stating they would be deleting my review. I'm not in their records, which is a lie. My mother paid in full, but of course your company didn't provide a receipt. That would have been too professional. My mother has the same last name as me. It wouldn't be that hard to find her in your 'database', I doubt you keep records.
Instead of admitting to your fault, you lie and try to delete my review. No problem. I'll write it again. Only took you a month to realize it was there. Also, I can post all the damage your company did to our furniture moving and building it up. Screwing in screws to long and ringing antique cabinets. Go ahead and delete it. I'll just write it again.

Absolutely awful. The worst moving company I've ever experienced.They came hours late. They were unprepared. Within the first hour of packing they ran out of boxes. We had to wait for someone to drop more off. The crew just sat around and did nothing. They could have been loading the truck, breaking down furniture or wrapping up things. The delivery of boxes was not enough. My husband had to go two more times to buy boxes. RIDICULOUS. The crew had no idea what to do. They were confused about how to wrap up glass bottles of alcohol. My husband and I packed the bedrooms because they were doing nothing. What they did pack was awful. They wrapped up hard plastic kitchen items but delicate fine dishes they tossed in boxes unwrapped. Several of our delicate dishes, wine and sekt classes were broken.They did not meet any of the things they promised in the contract and didn't complete the job. We had to drive back to Mainz from Viernheim two times to collect the rest of our things. The boss came to evaluate weeks before the move and obviously has no idea what he's doing. He didn't have enough boxes or the right boxes that he promised in the contract for hanging clothes, his crew is untrained, clueless and not given any direction. The crew was nice, but didn't know what they were doing. They failed to move us in one day which ALSO in the contract. Moving in one day was not possible because they were late and unprepared. Then, they said they would bring up the beds for he night and come to back the next day to unload the rest. They didnt follow through with that promise either. Instead, I had to share a bed with my mother and my husband had to sleep on the couch. We had no bed sheets or pillows for he night. The next morning, AGAIN two hours late. They refused to being up our things until we paid. We called the boss twice the first day and we had tried twice in the morning asking where are things are. The boss refused to answer our calls. He showed up downstairs to talk to the crew but never came up to speak with us, the customer. He still refuses to answer our calls. We had no choice but to pay the next morning to get our things. They refused to bring up anything until we paid. I wanted to call the police. You can't hold my things hostage. We received no receipt or bill to show we paid. All of our antique furniture is damaged. EVERY piece of furniture is damaged. Scratches, dent and screws that split the wood because the crew doesn't know how to put furniture together. This is the most awful company I have met in my whole life.
We have a appointment at 8 am. Two days before moving, they called me and said they would come at 9 am, because they need to deliver something before they come to us. I said ok, no problem. At the moving day, untill 9:30 am I heard nothing from them and I called. The boss said he would ask and call me back. However, untill 10 am I still heard nothing. Afterwards I called them more than 15 times and no body answered. At that time I was just thinking we could not move at that day. At the end, the workers came around 10:40 and I asked why did you come so late and they said they need to do two moving before they come to us. Unbelievable!!
The worker started to move and they worked well. Untill 17:00, one of the worker said, he would not go further, because he was just employed for 8 hours and he should get the money immediately. However, he could not reach the boss. They discussed half hour and did nothing with moving. However, in our contract, we should have four full-time workers and they need to work 9 hours. Anyway, this young people left and did nothing from 17:00 . After that, the boss alway called the rest workers, why they did not finish and they should come back as soon as possible. Ridiculous! We are short of one people and 9 hours means from 10:40 to 19:40 and because of one worker left, we definitely need longer as planned. I called the boss and said I was not satisfied and also discussed the bed that we should assemble. I aways remember very clear, when the boss came to us and checked what kind of furniture we want to move, at that moment, she ask me initiatively, do I want to assemble this bed. I said, that would be perfect. But on the phone, she said she has nothing about this bed. I am so angry and schaut to her. She hanged up the phone simply. I tired to called again and she refused to answer. After that, the boss called thousands time and required the workers go back and said, just leave our staff outside and do not to continue anymore!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!
At they end, they were not finished the works as we wrote in the contact! The stupid for me is, I am so trustable with them and paid fully before they moved the furnitures out the truck.
I have lived in Germany more than 10 years and this is the first time I met this kind of company. The workers are good and work also very hard. During this day, they have worked more than 12 hours. I think it is totally forbidden in Germany, but because they are foreigners, the boss just want earn money and do not take care of their employees. When the company treat their employees like this way, who want to work there? And the boss is so mean and impolite to the customers, I am wondered alway, why they have so high rate on google. I figure out a bit, first of all, if you give them good rate, you will get 20 Euro. Second, for the bad rate, they just said, you are not the customers in the database. How can you imaging that!!!
