Wir sind mit Relocato sehr zufrieden! Der Umzug verlief von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos. Das gesamte Umzugsteam war sehr freundlich, pünktlich und hat unglaublich schnell gearbeitet. Trotzdem wurde sehr sorgfältig mit unseren Möbeln und Kartons umgegangen.
Ich und meine Familie möchten uns herzlich für den tollen Service bedanken. Wir können Relocato auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den professionellen und stressfreien Umzug!

I wholeheartedly do not recommend, and clearly I am not the only one. Google reports show that Relocato has had up to 10 reviews removed for 'Defamation', which should tell you a lot of what you need to know... It's not 'defamation' when it's true, Relocato.
After a solid first impression with Mr Thomas Eberwein (he was great), we opted for Relocato for our move from Ulm to Dublin, Ireland. Everything went downhill from there… the poor young men sent to pack up our things into the container were not told by their superior that we required (and paid for) a packing service, and they had no packing materials with them. This ultimately required such a long delay, that it caused problems with the shipping company as the container truck was then too late for the ferry boat, meaning our shipment (along with the others in the container) were delayed. That same container driver warned the movers to ensure that the container truck could deliver to our house in Ireland due to the small streets. Spoiler alert – they did not, even though they were warned, and it couldn’t drive down our street to deliver our things. Relocato then fought with the local movers here in Ireland over who would cover the costs for them to go back and forth with their truck from the container to our home, all while the driver of the container was threatening to dump our items on the side of the road due to the (further) delay it was causing him. It was an absolute nightmare, and so stressful, on top of what ended up being a multi-day delay where they could not tell us where our things were and when they would actually be delivered. Items were then damaged with clear documentation – hey, it happens – but even with all the correct steps in place their insurance provider is dragging out compensation (months later), and Relocato refused to compensate us for any of our above issues. After such a good first impression and trusting them with our belongings on this move, we were extremely disappointed not only in how it went, but moreover how it was handled. I cannot recommend. Hat alles super gut geklappt. Wir wurden auf unsere Anfrage hin schnell kontaktiert. Die Planung samt Video-Besichtigung mit Herrn Eberwein war super. Herr Eberwein ist sehr kompetent, sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Kommunikation war zu jedem Zeitpunkt schnell und effizient.
Am Umzugstag hat ebenfalls alles hervorragend funktioniert. Das Team von Johnny hat sehr effizient, sehr sorgfältig u d sehr schnell gearbeitet. Im Team war jeder freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch innerhalb des Teams wurde freundlich miteinander umgegangen.
Insgesamt können wir Relocato uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Der Festpreis für den Umzug war sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.

I chose Relocato as my moving company because of their good reviews, but unfortunately, I'm not at all satisfied. The movers arrived a day early, completely unannounced, even though I had proof of my originally scheduled moving date. Since they were already booked for the next day, they had to load my furniture into the van that same day. Unloading then had to take place the day after the scheduled date, as an earlier move-in wasn't possible for me. This meant complete chaos and a considerable amount of extra work for me. However, I didn't receive any discount for this.
Furthermore, my furniture and belongings weren't handled very carefully. My car tires were thrown from the truck bed onto the street, some landing rim-first on the asphalt, the slats of my solid wood bed were damaged, and a large corner broke off an IKEA dresser. I only complained about the dresser, but the only response I received was that (despite the chaos caused by the swapped moving days) I should have reported the damage within 24 hours and that I was too late.
It's a real shame, but I can't recommend Relocato because of this. The one star is at least for the friendliness of the movers.Lesen Sie mehr

Relocato handled our move in December 2025. The movers were all friendly and hardworking, but completely untrained.
The plan was to move 77 cubic meters of belongings with two moving trucks from the Allgäu region to the Starnberg area. Loading was to take place on one day, and unloading on the following day. The move also included art, especially valuable ceramic pieces and original paintings.
The company arrived with two completely undersized trucks, each with a capacity of at most 30 cubic meters. This necessitated a return trip of 125 km each way (250 km total), and sleeping in our new home was impossible (we had already dismantled everything in our old one).
The paintings were not packed properly, resulting in a whole corner of one painting being chipped off its old wooden frame, requiring professional restoration. Picture corner protectors, promised in the order, were not provided.
Upon completion of the move, immediate payment without an invoice was demanded, which was problematic given the high amount, but unavoidable for the movers.
This also meant that moving boxes that were neither used nor delivered were billed and which I was forced to pay for.
We were assured that an invoice would be sent immediately by the responsible moving consultant, Thomas E., but as of today, January 8, 2026, this has not happened, nor has the consultant contacted us.
I rewarded the movers' diligence, albeit amateurishness, with a generous tip; the damages only became apparent later.
If I had the choice again, I would not choose Relocato/Ulm.Lesen Sie mehr

Danke für den Umzug.Unser persönlicher Tipp: das Kleingedruckte im Vertrag wirklich lesen. Beim Beladen zugucken, da kann man viel lernen. Zeitlich flexibel sein.
