We recently had a transport with this company and despite an unexpected issue we had they handled the situation professionally!
Lately, we’ve had quite a few problems with unreliable companies and difficult transports, so it’s refreshing to work with a company that is genuinely correct, flexible, and easy to communicate with.
A special thanks to Michael Wronski for the excellent communication, quick responses, and professional attitude throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure working with you. Highly recommended!

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend INTERFRACHT Container Overseas Service GmbH for logistics projects. We completed two projects with them, and both followed the exact same problematic pattern: we received an initial offer, placed the order based on that quote, and were subsequently hit with upward price adjustments.
We found the communication and project management from the team to be unreliable. When issues arose, there was a distinct lack of ownership and responsibility taken for the sudden changes in cost. Instead of providing the professional management and added value you expect from a logistics partner, the service felt limited to merely passing along messages and increasing the rates after booking.
If you are looking for a highly professional, dependable partner with transparent and stable pricing, I strongly recommend considering other options.
