Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Jan. We recently moved with them. While the staff were very friendly and did their best, the planning was extremely disorganized. There was no communication, they weren't punctual, and they weren't reliable. The boss didn't show up as agreed and simply left us in the lurch. Even after our furniture was damaged, nothing was done, and the damage hasn't been compensated to this day.

Luckily, this company now exists in Prenzlau!
The boss and the employees are very friendly, competent, and straightforward. All agreements were met, and the project won't be completed until everything is absolutely perfect, even if that means a special trip to the hardware store. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company!
