We moved in July during the heatwave. The boss came by beforehand to inspect everything, gave us a quote, and answered all our questions quickly and courteously. The move itself was smooth and fast. I can't speak, but the employees made every effort to communicate with me. They disconnected and reconnected lamps and reinstalled shelves. They left the old apartment spotless. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this company.

The boss came by beforehand, looked at everything, and took notes. He even gave us some free tips ;) Rental boxes were delivered after we arranged them by phone. We could call anytime if we had any questions. The move itself went smoothly; everything was handled carefully and properly secured. Everyone was friendly! We were able to pay easily with our debit card, and the price was completely reasonable! I would definitely use Knepper again for my move!
