If the military assigns you this company, ask for someone else. Trash (packing material) was left throughout my home and yard. some of my items sat in the rain for over 30 minutes. Items were left behind with inventory stickers and was told I could mail them myself. Items were put into the truck, loose and not in a crate. I could go on and on. But this is the jest of it. Please do NOT utilize this company if you can help it.

Received an estimate of 5400 euros to move a one bedroom apartment 3 hours down the road 😂 the gentleman doing the estimate was an hour and a half late also. When calling to ask for a break down of the cost I was told there was no break down this is just what it costs. Absolute joke of a company taking advantage of military service members during PCs season.

Never experienced anything like this, my misses is home alone and this crew has been there since 8:30am and still hasn’t finished there work. man on the far left thought it was alright to go in to my fridge and help his self to a beer while working the team leader in the middle has ignored everything my misses has asked him the man on the middle right has constantly been on the phone and having all the break time in the world only two of the men are working and there is still things to be packed in the house we move out in two days and they say they have to come back another day over 10 hours of work is a joke and we believe things have also been stolen

I forgot my daughter’s passport and they helped me with stellar customer service. I had everything back in my hands in 40 minutes after calling. A great company!

I can only comment on packout. All movers were professional, courteous, and fast. Packed, loaded and cleared their stuff in 6 hours. Our coordinater offered a crate for a special item, requested mattress and bikes to be boxed with no issue. Driver showed up with all the items we requested.
