Alles Tip Top kann man nur sagen.
Am Umzugstag sind die drei Mitarbeiter mehr als pünktlich erschienen.
Die Möbel wurden bestens für den Transport verpackt und gesichert. Am Ende war der Umzug über eine Stunde früher fertig als geplant, was eine günstigere Rechnung mit sich brachte. Die drei Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben somit die Anspannung deutlich reduziert. Am Ende war nichts beschädigt, zerkratzt oder kaputt. Ich kann Tip Top Umzug definitiv nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Top Umzugsunternehmen, nur zu empfehlen! Fairer Preis, sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Die Umzugshelfer waren super pünktlich, äußerst freundlich & schnell.

The worst experience - unfinished job, final invoice 50% higher than the original quote, and serious damages to a parquet floor for which Der Tip Top Umzug is reluctant to offer any compensation.
It all started very nicely though - Mr. Buhmann visited us on the agreed date, evaluated the amount of job to be done, and made a couple of quotes as we have requested - one of which we have accepted. Der Tip Top Umzug team arrived promptly on the appointed date (18th of January 2024) and started to work actively (all the packing we did upfront ourselves, so the stuff was already packed in carton boxes). The first surprise came when, before the end of the day, they stopped working, left semi-dismantled partially moved pieces of furniture in both houses, and said they have to come back tomorrow (despite the original plan was to finish the move within one day). Next day they came and continued the move, however did not complete assembling all the furniture, so after the move we had to look for spare parts and finish assembling it ourselves. The worst thing we have found out when we came to our old house after the move. There was a very deep scratch in the parquet floor in the living room, about 3m long, probably caused by moving one heavy piece of furniture without a blanket and without having it fully lifted. You can see part of this scratch on the attached photos. As soon as I reported this damage to Der Tip Top Umzug, they became quiet. They stopped answering emails and never call us back. The first reply came from Der Tip Top Umzug only 3 weeks later - when they received from me a registered letter with delivery receipt by post. Their answer was negative though - Der Tip Top Umzug were reluctant to offer any compensation the damages they made.
The worst thing is their attitude to their customers - Mr. Buhmann is hanging up the phone during a conversation when I am trying to discuss with him a possible compensation of the costs of the damage. After a few calls and several reminders by post (none of which Der Tip Top Umzug has answered) I have tried once again to speak to them on the phone today (it is the 31st of August today). Mr. Buhmann has said that they are not going to do anything about the damaged they made, and hung up.Lesen Sie mehr

Fantastic moving company! We used Tip Top for our move from Munich to the Netherlands and were blown away by the service and care every step of the way.

Tolles Unternehmen, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen: vom Erstkontakt, der Beratung bis zum eigentlichen Umzug war alles hoch professionell, freundlich und einfach wunderbar 👍 Das Team am Umzugstag war unglaublich fleißig, gut gelaunt (trotz harter Arbeit!!) und stets höflich und freundlich! Es ging alles rasend schnell über die Bühne, was für ein toller Umzug 🥳 Der Monteur im Team hat unseren komplizierten Spiegel-Schiebetürenschrank mit einer Schnelligkeit und Präzision ab- und aufgebaut - wir haben nur gestaunt!
Auch vor dem Umzug hat alles fantastisch geklappt: Kartons wurden nach und nach zu uns geliefert nach Wunsch, innerhalb eines Tages! Vielen Dank für jeden einzelnen der an diesem tollen Umzug beteiligt war :)
