Hallo Team Sander, greetings from the USA. I wanted to message you to let you know how pleased we are with the packing/shipping performed by your team. Out of the 232 items shipped (only about 15 left to empty) only one item (a small picture frame) arrived broken. All of the furniture arrived just as it was…no scratches, dents, breaks (including our handcrafted, special-ordered marble mosaic table from Italy)!
This is by far the BEST move in our 30+ years we’ve been associated with the US Department of the Army AND the only one we’ve paid for out of pocket! You were not the cheapest quote but your communication and customer service (quickly responding to all my emails/questions) is what led us to select Sander Moving and we are glad that we did!
Please pass this along to your team! They were so professional, polite & industrious. They definitely set us up for success. We received the shipment within 6 weeks, the communication from Germany to Colorado was seamless and we were fortunate to have a great local team offload the shipment.Lesen Sie mehr

We worked with SANDER to organize our move to the United States.
I’m rarely writing any recessions… but in this case I feel like I have to share my experience.
When we were looking for a mover, we asked multiple companies for a quote.
SANDER was the only one how actually came to check for the extend of work.
They submitted a good quote without hidden additional costs.
The move was happening in two stages.
The first day two colleagues showed up to wrap and prepare everything. They have been very friendly, very professional and never lost their cool with us. They worked very hard and wrapped/protected all of our furnitures very thoroughly. E.g they even covered the chair legs all the way down.
On the second day, the container arrived and the colleagues packed our stuff super carefully but tight in order to avoid any shifting during the shipment. When we then had a little space left in the container, they asked us if we have anything else we could ship. They also wrapped the additional items very professionally and packed it too. No furniture got damaged, no streaks on the floors or the walls.
Overall we have been very glad to go with SANDER. I can recommend this company without limitations.Lesen Sie mehr

Ich schreibe selten Rezessionen. Aber für Sander Möbelspedition GmbH jetzt wirklich sehr gerne.
Die Dame die telefonisch mit uns den Liefertermin vereinbart hatte, hinterließ bei uns schon einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck. Sehr freundlich und auch bei unseren Rückfragen geduldig und zuvorkommend. Die beiden Herren, die uns die Möbel lieferten, haben den ersten Eindruck bestätigt. Mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und einem gut gelaunten Hallo wurden wir begrüßt. Wir haben uns für den Selbstaufbau entschieden. Aus eigenem Antrieb legten sie uns die Tischplatte gleich so rum auf den Boden, dass wir ohne drehen die Füße anschrauben können.
In den letzten 12 Monaten haben wir einige Möbel geliefert bekommen und sind dabei auf unterschiedliche Speditionen getroffen. Insofern können wir mit Sicherheit sagen, dass sich diese Firma was Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice betrifft von all den anderen Anbietern deutlich abhebt. Ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen!
