We are very disappointed. We hired Mr. Köpcke for two moves, totaling approximately €4,500.
For both moves, he arrived with too few people to complete them properly in one day. I was fully involved both times to help out so we could finish. The situation was even worse during the second move, which was considerably larger – one of his helpers gave up halfway through and simply went home. Despite this, we found Mr. Köpcke very personable and liked him a lot. However, in the end, his helpers scratched some of our furniture, and now he's not responding to our inquiries about how to resolve the issue. It's a real shame.

I went there for a site visit and after more than a month they still haven't sent a quote and aren't answering the phone anymore. The job was then awarded to someone else. 🤷♀️

Mr. Köpcke came to our home to record the order. All agreements were documented.
The quote arrived within a week. The price appealed to us. We placed the order. On the day of the move, Mr. Köpcke arrived on time with his staff. Everyone was very friendly. Everything was done to satisfy us as customers. Overall, the move took a little longer than expected. All at no extra cost. By the evening, everything was back in place and largely undamaged (little things that can happen).
We can wholeheartedly recommend this moving company, even in these difficult times (coronavirus).
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for this great service. All the best for the future, stay healthy.

We welcomed Mr. Köpcke with great anticipation. The first impression was pleasant and friendly. We told him about our move and our plans. Mr. Köpcke then photographed all the furniture that was to be taken to our new home.
After he had finished, we discussed the next steps. Unfortunately, Mr. Köpcke couldn't give us a price or even an estimate of the costs on the spot. He asked for our patience and said he would send us a quote sometime during the week.
After three days without a quote, I called him for the first time – unfortunately, without success. Mr. Köpcke said he was very busy and promised a binding quote the following evening. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a quote that evening either – attempts to reach Mr. Köpcke by phone were unsuccessful. Only after I followed up with an email did we get a reply. Unbelievable but true: there's no quote for us. The reason given was that family and customers take priority! We were speechless. So, are we not considered customers?
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving company. The current situation is already tense, and naturally, one wants to be able to plan. Mr. Köpcke is absolutely the wrong person to contact for a reliable and dependable moving company.
Hygiene regulations were completely disregarded.
We have already found another, very competent moving company where we feel we received excellent advice!Lesen Sie mehr

Where there's work being done, things can break... which isn't a big deal. That's what insurance is for, or the company will cover the damage if you don't want to report it to their insurance. However, refusing to answer the phone and avoiding all attempts to contact them is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Therefore, I strongly advise against using their services! Outrageous!
