I am more than satisfied with the work of
Muselexpress Moving Services. The staff were extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly careful with my furniture and personal belongings from start to finish. It was immediately clear that they knew exactly what they were doing – everything was organized, fast, and yet very careful. Not a scratch, no stress, just a seamless process.
I would especially like to commend the company founder and owner, Vahdet Nişancı. He is not only highly competent but also a truly wonderful person. He was always available, explained everything clearly, and personally ensured that everything ran perfectly. You can tell that customer satisfaction is genuinely important to him.
You rarely find such a dedicated, respectful, and reliable team. Many thanks to the entire Muselexpress team for the fantastic work!

Everything was exceptionally well-organized from the very beginning. The planning for the moving van and crew was perfect – all the necessary information was gathered in advance, ensuring everything ran smoothly on moving day.
The internal communication within the team was impressive: everyone knew exactly what to do. No rush, no confusion – simply professional.
The work was carried out cleanly and meticulously, with no scratches or damage. And they were absolutely punctual.
The price is definitely worth the service and even quite reasonable. Overall, a very trustworthy company – I was completely satisfied and would move with them again in a heartbeat.

The team was consistently friendly, extremely considerate, and highly competent. The movers worked quickly yet carefully, handling all the furniture with care. Disassembly and reassembly of my furniture were carried out efficiently and professionally. A transparent invoice was issued at the end, which exactly matched the prior agreements. The price was also unbeatable.
Even after the move, any remaining questions were answered promptly and courteously.
Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you for a stress-free move!

We are absolutely thrilled with MuskelExpress! The three movers did a truly outstanding job. From the very first moment, they were extremely friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our furniture. The assembly and disassembly were carried out with absolute expertise, cleanly, and with great precision – everything fit perfectly.
We were particularly impressed by their speed: our entire apartment was moved in no time – completely stress-free and without any complications whatsoever. This is exactly how you imagine a move should be: organized, calm, efficient, and reliable.
A little bonus: some of our moving boxes were affectionately dubbed 'pyramids' because we had filled them a bit too full 😄 But even these heavyweights were absolutely no problem for the team and were carried with ease.
In addition, a refrigerator was picked up from another address – this was also no problem at all and went just as smoothly and professionally as the rest of the move.
