Excellent communication – fast, effective, and reliable! The price-performance ratio is truly fair; even after overtime, there were no extra charges. Planning was more accommodating, despite the holidays – I've never experienced anything like it.

Never again! 24 hours before the scheduled transport, I received a call from the driver, who was rude and annoyed. Barely 10 minutes later, I got a WhatsApp message saying the driver had been in an accident. That was it, no alternative.
Yeah, right. He probably just couldn't be bothered. Unbelievable!

I moved today with 'Hallo Umzug'; everything went perfectly and was 100% stress-free. The guys were friendly, very fast, and easy to deal with. 5 stars for value for money too. I'm totally grateful and satisfied and would definitely recommend 'Hallo Umzug'!

I recently moved from Hamburg to Berlin and chose Hallo Umzug for the job — overall, I had a great experience! The service was efficient and came at a fair price. While I packed my own belongings, they also offered moving boxes and took extra care to protect my white sofa and TV during transport, which I really appreciated.
One of the highlights for me was that they helped with the installation of lamps — a huge help since I didn’t have the tools for it — and also assembled my bed and two cupboards quickly and properly. Communication was smooth throughout the process, both via email and over the phone, which made it easy to clarify details and feel confident about the move.
The team was friendly and professional, and they even took care of my plants, which is something not all companies would consider. Everything arrived in good condition, except for a minor scratch on a white table, but nothing major. The only downside was that they arrived a bit late in both Hamburg and Berlin, but besides that, everything went smoothly.
