We bought a box spring bed with assembly service from OTTO. Hermes Einrichtung Service was supposed to assemble it. On the first attempt, the delivery drivers claimed they couldn't find a suitable parking space. On the second attempt, the employees had no idea about this particular bed and damaged the frame during assembly. After three weeks of uncertainty and waiting, we wondered if we could get it replaced and assembled today, as this bed is really complicated to put together. Luckily, the nice gentlemen from ESH Enam Sakhi arrived today – very polite, punctual, and they did a very clean job. Now we can finally sleep in the bed again and not on the floor. It was truly professional work, and we, as customers, would like to sincerely thank your employees!

A reliable company; my daughter's move was carried out perfectly, with the furniture carefully packed. Unloading the moving van was also quick. Very pleasant and friendly communication. I can highly recommend this company for a move.

I booked them for my move. The challenge was that my girlfriend and I were moving in together, which meant combining two households. But it went really well; everything was top-notch! They handled our belongings very carefully and stored everything very professionally. They were also a really friendly and helpful team. While I don't plan on booking their service again anytime soon, I can recommend ESH to anyone who wants to move. ;)

Fast, friendly, and helpful. I'm still so grateful for the incredibly good work and service. I was really worried that my huge couch wouldn't fit in the new apartment, but these guys are true professionals and went above and beyond without hesitation. My furniture has never been treated so well and with such care. For moves in and around Hamburg, I'll only use EHS from now on!

Everything went perfectly... he assembled both cabinets (2 x 3m IKEA ELVARI) without a single complaint. Very diligent, very clean, very tidy. I was personally very skeptical, but completely unfounded...
The price-performance ratio is also excellent!
