FRAUD!!!
Ordered engine protection cover from Autodoc, size 1.8m x 1m x 0.04m, total volume, max. 75 litres. See attached photos.
But 'IDS Ulrich Rieck' had packed it into 360 litres.
Cheaters have packed in 3...4 times bigger box than necessary and charged me for the delivery by VOLUME - 0.36cbm.
Parts cost 69€,
delivery costs 95€, without VAT.
Dishonest and cheating practice!

I had a terrible experience with this company's delivery service. The delivery person left the chairs in the middle of the street and refused to help, being really rude on top of this. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I would not have ordered from them if I had known this would happen.

I was supposed to receive a beer delivery from them on the 7th, but it was delivered to the wrong customer. After 2 weeks of constantly following up with them, and them apparently searching their warehouse for the missing pallet, I suggested they check with the wrong customer. He had, in the meantime, sold all of the beer I ordered.
They are clearly very disorganised and are not good at customer service. I have suggested my distributor never work with these people again.
EDIT: after letting Rieck know that the value of the lost pallet was over 400€, they miraculously found it. So they are liars, which for me is worse than just being disorganised.
