PetCargo took great care of my dog on her trip from Frankfurt to the US. They were always responsive by email and phone and answered all of my questions leading up to her flight. Would highly recommend them to anyone flying a pet out of FRA!

I couldnt be more happier with the service!!! Honestly, the stress I imagined I will have - was absolutely ZERO! Because of the professional attitude by this company. They reassured me, the company owner and Nereo, amazing guys, honestly I have no words how smooth everything was!! After landing in Dubai in two hours dogs were already delivered to our home - wow!

If I could do more stars I would! Pet Cargo did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs, and I wouldn’t recommend any other company to use. Even when our flight for our two dogs was cancelled 2 days prior to the actual flight, Pet Cargo’s team of professionals were proactive in finding alternate solutions, and ensuring our pets were able to fly to our destination. Lastly, they ended up saving us almost €2000 by ensuring we had the correct kennels and preventing unnecessary charges because they truly care about the customer and their pets. If I ever have to fly my pets again, Pet Cargo is my first choice!

I can’t say enough good things about PETCARGO GmbH. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly genuinely caring. They handled every detail of my cat’s international travel to the UK, which is known for its strict and complex import requirements. Despite the challenges, everything went smoothly and stress-free, thanks to their expertise.

I have had an emergency situation that have to returned back to origin destination with my dog when transiting Frankfurt from Bahrain. However, my origin country has embargo on dogs, hence a professional cargo company is required to handle this matter urgently. I have contacted several but only them was able to respond the next 5 mins and gave me a quote. The best thing is their office is located near Airport & Frankfurt Animal Lounge and even gave me a lift back hotel.
They prepared her Health documents almost immediately after I got the import permit back home and board my dog the next available flight back home. They achieve miracles that is almost mission impossible to bring her back since my dog's papers wasnt designated for Germany to re-export out. They speak very well English that make communication easier. Thank you for bringing my fur-baby back home safely. I give 6 stars to their prompt service
