We moved in early 2023 with My Umzug. They were very professional and friendly. They provided full service with a reasonable price.

Julian Ciumac and his team are not only experts in what they do, but they are kind, responsive and proactive in their work. The communication ahead of team was smooth and he kept us updated as the moving day came closer. On the day itself, his team arrived on time and with all necessary equipment, even a building lift. All our belongings were dealt with, with great care and placed in the desired areas. We would highly recommend working with Julian Ciumac!

Great experience!
Julian and his team did everything they said they would and more. Not only was their full-service move a competitive price (we checked 5-6 moving companies quotes total), but they delivered boxes a week before, were on time the day of the move, were very helpful and courteous, and disassembled and reassembled the furniture even better than it was before. For example, Our bed is even more solid now after being rebuilt!
The moving team even took our requests for specific things into action on moving day and Julian has a nice and calming demeanor that helps to take the stress out of a move. You feel like he is dealing with the stress so that you don’t have to.
Along the way when we got the offer for the move, myUmzug was very responsive to odd questions that we had about the move and we always got an email back with a few hours or a day in the weeks leading up to the move.
I would choose this company again, and plan to for the next time we move house. 5/5 stars ⭐️

After moving into our new home, we needed a professional help who can take care of all drilling works. As we had great experience with MyUmzug's team, we contacted Mr. Ciumac to provide us those supports with installation of lighting and shelves for walls.
Again, we are totally satisfied with his professional service. Though we had few problems with our lighting, he found a solution right away and our new home looks amazing now just as we planned to. Many thanks for Herr Ciumac!
