They try to charge us again during the move itself. First, they draw up a contract and demand a cash deposit... everything is documented. Then, on moving day, they tell us that none of our belongings will be taken. We were told to pay an additional €250, otherwise they would have left us stranded. Everything had been contractually agreed upon beforehand! They wanted the money in cash. And then they damaged some of our furniture. We even had to help out ourselves, otherwise they would have charged us even more. Sorry, but that's unacceptable. And then to threaten legal action because they can't handle the truth speaks volumes. And yes, we were customers some time ago and can prove it. We should have sued!

Pro24 is unreliable.
I made an appointment, paid a deposit, and then they left me stranded with all my belongings on moving day!
They claimed it was a 'system error.' Never again!
If you sign a contract and they don't honor it, why even bother signing a contract? Stay away!

Unreliable!!! You didn't show up at the agreed time, nor did you call to cancel! No one was available at the provided number either! Stay away from them!

Unfortunately not. It's not that good. An employee said yes, but what do I do? I want to have time off and leave the washing machine on the door... Only the boss is a very good man and very friendly, and two young.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. We agreed on a reasonable fixed price and he then delivered the items to their destination without any problems.
