Even one star is too much!
We had a move from North Rhine-Westphalia to Lower Saxony. All I can say is, it was a complete disaster. Not everything fit in the 7.5-ton truck; the guy either miscalculated terribly or deliberately. Because then we needed a 3.5-ton truck, and he wanted to charge an extra €500 for that. ***********. And it wasted so much time, too. The worst part was that they wrecked the TV and hid it behind some cabinet parts, so we didn't see it until the next morning.
We called him about it. Of course, he didn't answer. Then we wrote to him, and the mail couldn't be delivered. I call people like that criminals.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Miranda and his team for the outstanding work they did. Despite the difficult conditions, they managed to dismantle and reassemble a bed and other furniture. They even provided additional services. Absolutely top-notch, highly competent, patient, and professional. I am thrilled and can wholeheartedly recommend the team 👍 I've even placed another order with them. It's wonderful that such reliable tradespeople still exist 😊

I'm absolutely thrilled! The two guys were completely reliable and punctual (they picked things up from three different locations, delivered them, and set them up) and were a hit with everyone. I also had several additional jobs that came up unexpectedly. They tackled everything with boundless energy (it was 33 degrees Celsius, after all!) and a cheerful attitude! And they were just as friendly as everyone described. I highly recommend them without reservation, and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable! I would definitely use them again. And thank you so much for the fantastic work!
