We are absolutely thrilled with Hoffmann's Moving Company and can wholeheartedly recommend them!
From the very beginning, everything was straightforward, honest, and transparent. Communication was direct, clear, and completely reliable – we always felt we were in the best hands. We could rely 100% on all agreements.
On moving day itself, the team was incredibly punctual, extremely efficient, and yet incredibly careful. Every piece of furniture was packed professionally and securely – absolutely nothing was damaged. You can immediately tell that these are true professionals who work in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner.
We would especially like to highlight the exceptional customer service: Whenever we had questions or minor issues, they didn't just process them, but acted with empathy, fairness, and a focus on finding solutions. Here, service isn't just a job, but genuine customer focus.
The team really takes care of everything – and thus saves you an enormous amount of stress. Our move couldn't have gone better.
It's almost a shame we won't be moving again anytime soon – we would book Hoffmann's Moving Company again in a heartbeat!

Mr. Hoffmann wonderfully oversaw and managed my mother's move. I would like to thank him most sincerely. He was incredibly empathetic, provided excellent support, and was both professional and very friendly! He and his team were punctual to the minute and transported all her belongings safely and securely to her new home!

We hired Hoffmann Moving Company to transport our household goods from Lower Saxony to North Rhine-Westphalia.

We hired Hoffmann Moving Company to handle our move. Mr. Hoffmann arrived promptly for the initial consultation and was very friendly and competent. A cost estimate was then quickly prepared.
Mrs. Hoffmann was available by phone for any questions or special requests and was always incredibly friendly. On the moving day, Hoffmann Moving Company arrived punctually with two trucks and five workers. All the employees were exceptionally polite and handled our belongings with great care. Most of the furniture was carefully wrapped in foil or special boxes. The team worked extremely efficiently.
At the new location, the furniture was immediately assembled. We actually now have one or two wardrobes that are sturdier than before the move.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Hoffmann Moving Company. We were particularly impressed by their excellent, professional handling of our belongings and the consistently friendly and courteous manner (from the owner to the movers).

Due to our age, we sold our large house after living there for 40 years and moved into a lovely apartment in Hannover-Kirchrode.
Hoffmann Moving Company not only gave us a fair price but also provided us with very empathetic support, as it wasn't easy for us to leave our beloved home to begin a new chapter in our lives.
