Grad von Niedersachsen nach Bremen umgezogen. Fa Rosebrock war von Anfang an bis zum Ende kompetent, freundlich und fair. Kostenvoranschlag für 10 Stunden. Abgerechnet wurden nur die tatsächliche Zeit, so haben sich die Kosten deutlich reduziert. Zu 100 % zu empfehlen.

We returned to Tucson AZ after 15 years in Dusseldorf and shipped multiple boxes of vintage clothing, collectable books/comics, household souvenirs (some fragile) and two bikes. Total price was exactly what Rosebrock estimated from my inquiry, and very reasonable compared to other companies we checked that required more effort by us in the process. Rosebrock and their partners carried out every part of the move including packaging and all customs documents in the time frame they initally told us, everything arrived in the same condition we sent it in, and each representative or crew we worked with in both DE and US were first rate.

The military assigned this company to move me from Germany to North Carolina. The movers did not label some of the boxes correctly with the inventory sheet that was provided. Also, the did not package my furniture properly after I told them to. Many items are damaged due to their negligence. I will inform the military transportation office to not consider working with this company because they do not listen to the customers concerns and failure to wrapped home goods the right way.

Unser Umzug von Deutschland nach Neuseeland war super gut organisiert. Das Inventar wurde sicher verpackt & nach knapp 3 Monaten ist unser Hab & Gut wohlbehalten angekommen. Würden die Firma Rosebrock immer wieder für internationale Umzüge nutzen :)

Very pleased with the service. I shipped several heirlooms from the Mosel River Area in Germany to San Antonio, Texas. Everything went very smooth, from pick up in Germany to delivery in Texas. All items arrived in perfect condition and our representative in Bremerhaven, J. Gebauer, did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout. I highly recommend this company.
