Absolutely stay away!!!! They seem incredibly nice and accommodating at first, but then on moving day, in the stressful situation, they blackmail you for more money, threatening to stop the move otherwise – and this only happens after all your belongings have already been loaded into their truck. They completely ignore legal requests to refund the extra payment.

The staff are very eager to handle the move quickly and smoothly. However, communication beforehand is lacking. The company didn't arrive on time... the delay wasn't communicated.
Some employees aren't proficient in German or English, making communication difficult to impossible if you don't speak their language.
The boss/coordinator, however, is very nice and helpful.

The moving company offers good service at a fair price and is relatively inexpensive compared to others on the market. All the furniture was delivered in perfect condition, tidy and without any scratches!
