Great company, great customer service! Our team around Bayram, Osman, Mustafa und Naef did a fantastic job. All our stuff was moved in one day from Berlin to Leipzig, but some bigger pieces (ladder, bikes) did not fit into the trucks anymore - that's why they have been brought to us at the next day without any additional charge. I can highly recommend Stern Umzüge if you have to move to a new appartment!

Don't believe their flyers. Had to explain the job to them over and over by phone, WhatsApp and their online form. They took a week to give us a quote and it was 4 times higher than advertised. Total waste of time. When we asked for an explanation they said they had another move thst day and had to outsource the workers plus they factor in whether you have a lift etc none of this mentioned on the flyer. No alternstives suggested st any point.Totally false advertising and massive time wassters
