An absolute disaster! Stay away. Unprofessional work methods. Complete rip-off artists! My brother and two friends managed the same move in 5 hours. Nova Umzug barely managed to get everything into the truck in 7.5 hours. I had to do a lot of heavy lifting for half the day; I carried all the stuff from the basement myself. They had done another move before, were tired, or pretended to be. The driver sat in the truck, one person carried everything alone, and another spent an hour unscrewing each item. If one of them was downstairs, the other would come upstairs 15 minutes later. I had booked 8 hours with 3 men for 500 euros for a 55 square meter apartment. Then this and that came up, and it ended up being about 730 euros. They worked deliberately slowly, wrapped everything in plastic to charge more. And they extended the time by an extra 3 hours, bringing the total to 1000 euros. So, it took 11 hours for a small move!!!! My antique cabinets were scratched. They didn't manage to finish moving 55 square meters of furniture (excluding kitchen cabinets) before 10:30 PM. The neighbors complained. My baby missed me terribly and was at a friend's house for over 10 hours, crying terribly. I've worked with moving companies several times, but I've never experienced such a disaster!Lesen Sie mehr

After the initial price estimate, an inspection appointment was scheduled to avoid overcharging. The move went extremely quickly. Loading, traveling, and unloading were scheduled to take five hours, but the move was over in just under three and a half hours. No damage to the furniture, a friendly team, and fast work. Excellent!

Ms. Deniz at NOVA organized the job superbly – tailor-made to my specifications. We had three great guys and a truck to help us in Tegel! Uncomplicated, fast, and yet careful with the furniture. Truly impressive is your stamina. We were all there the next day, and quickly. ;-) Thanks again for your help. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and not recommended! We were completely let down by Nova Moving!
Half an hour after the agreed-upon appointment, no one from Nova Moving had shown up, so I called them to find out that a truck had supposedly broken down and the move would be delayed. If I hadn't called, no one would have informed me. And it continued like this. I had to keep calling to find out when they would finally arrive.
Eight hours after the agreed-upon appointment, we finally canceled! And I'm sure that Nova Moving was just waiting for that, as they knew from the beginning that this move was no longer going to happen.
