Instead of three helpers and a driver, only two arrived at the moving location, and they were way too late. The apartment and the stairwell were left in a terrible state, and the two disappeared without a word.
Things that were supposed to be taken to the new apartment ended up in the bulky waste, which was scattered in front of the house.
They arrived at the new location five hours late, and many things were damaged, for which I haven't received any compensation yet.
Stay away from this company!

Agreements were not kept – too few staff. No clothing boxes provided, too few blankets – only one furniture dog, etc. – We then had to do the work ourselves.
The parquet flooring was scratched.
Then, before delivery, they wanted an additional €800. A typical scam from these companies.
My advice – stay away!

Top service!
The company arrived on time. All of my furniture was transported from point A to point B without any problems, and the pre-move consultation was just as good.
If I ever move again, I'll definitely use them again.

We booked Lukas Moving Company based on the 'Immowelt moving price comparison' site, as the company had received very positive reviews there. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to these reviews in any way.
The team arrived significantly after the agreed-upon time. Furthermore, only one mover and one driver showed up, even though two movers and a driver had been booked. The mover was already exhausted and mentioned several times that he had just completed a strenuous move.
During the move, I was suddenly informed that the volume limit had been exceeded and that there would be an additional charge for the larger pieces of furniture. If I did not accept this amount, they threatened to put the furniture out on the street.
I did not receive an invoice for the additional charge. I was also told that I had to pay the amount immediately, otherwise the furniture would not be delivered.
Many of my pieces of furniture were also damaged, and my nearly new mattress was heavily soiled.
In summary: The service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or the positive reviews found on the Immowelt 'moving price comparison' site.

Lukas Moving Company works with care, punctuality, diligence, and excellent customer service provided by Ms. Esengül. It is recommended to have the contents of your home verified by video recording and the volume calculated to prevent any subsequent claims from the managing director.
