Zuerst vor Ort 200 € mehr verlangen weil angeblich keine Bilder bekommen und Tischplatte auf einmal ein Schwertransport ist, und jetzt muss ich auch noch seit Tagen der Rechnung hinterher laufen und erreiche niemanden. Das nervt so richtig

Sehr nettes Team!
Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten mit der Planung lief der Umzug ohne Probleme ab. Unser Schrank konnte gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis mitgenommen werden und obwohl am Ende zwei Touren statt der geplanten einen gemacht werden mussten (dies war selbstverschuldet wir hatten unser Volumen deutlich unterschätzt) blieben alle freundlich, fokussiert und sehr professionell. Alle Jungs waren sehr nett, spielten mit Hund und Baby und halfen sogar beim einpacken der letzten Sachen! Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Worst move ever. Very nice at first, but then only chaos. Truck too small, yelling at us (especially at women), refusal to pack anything (despite the fact that the Kostenvoranschlag explicitly specified it). Only bad faith when talking to the boss. He made us pay 450 euros more (asked for 1000). Bad treatment of employees. Stay away from this company!

Stay away. This company operates in extreme bad faith.
They quoted based on 40 cubic meters, then asked for pictures. We told them we were still packing, but could show what we had already boxed, that more would be added but we'd stay within the 40cubic meters they quoted. They agreed to the price and the quote.
Then everything went down hill. They arrived 45 minutes late. After they had carried 10 boxes out, the team lead told us the quote was 'by the list,' meaning that only the pictured items would be taken.
He then tried to haggle on the spot, asking for an additional $500 to move the rest of the household that had not been pictured (still within 40 cubic meters), or they could go home but we would still have to pay the 1000 euros.
This is an extremely unsavory tactic when they quoted for 40 cubic meters. They also necessitated payment halfway through delivery, instead of invoicing like a normal moving company. Not a pleasant experience, and no communication of their needs and expectations.Lesen Sie mehr
