The service was great, there was an estimation visit before the move and the komet team was very responsive. Very professional and quick working team

The entire encounter left me feeling quite disappointed. The crew didn't seem well-organized, handled my stuff with carelessness, and arrived late. I ended up completing some of the job myself because of the poor communication. Certainly not what I had anticipated after spending that much money.

Friendly, correct and calm person on the telephone as first contact.
Later same day a man came to our house. Same. Calm, friendly and correct. Had a look at our things and made a good offer.
The actual move went exactly the same.
Point 08.00 they rang the doorbell. They worked fast, but not stressed. Took a moment here and there to chat with us which was nice.
The move from A to B went smooth all the way.

I recently used Bayram company to move all of my furniture to a new flat in Berlin. I am impressed by the way that all of my furniture was packed and covered and was moved safely to my new place. I did not move any item myself, as all of my stuffs were collected and drop off not only in my flat but in the place that I wanted inside the flat. I am utterly satisfied with excellent time management and customer service. I received perfect support from all staff and happy that I experienced a smooth move out with their huge help.

Great service. Very polite and friendly staff. We discussed the pricing beforehand and the staff also suggested good offer to us. They were punctual and very efficient. All the stuff was transferred carefully and nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend this moving company.
