This company is an absolute disaster!!! They don't keep their promises, the customer has to find out about the delay themselves, and then they demand even more money for being two days late. They also try to avoid mediation and ignore phone calls.
Anyone who wants a smooth move within Europe needs to find a different company!!!

Two weeks ago, I moved with this company from Berlin to Munich. Everything went perfectly! The moving team is very professional, hardworking, and fast! Plus, the guys are really fun to be around. 😊 Beforehand, I received friendly and helpful advice from the nice secretary. My move went even better than expected! I'm very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend this team!! Thanks again! 🙏🏻

I moved from Berlin to Kassel with ET Moving Company – and I'm absolutely delighted! The team was incredibly punctual, friendly, and worked very professionally. Everything was carefully packed and transported safely; nothing was damaged. Communication was clear and reliable from the start. You can tell that these are true professionals! I highly recommend ET Moving Company and would definitely move with them again.

The move with ET Moving Company was a disaster. The initial consultation was good. I was asked to provide a video of all the furniture and items I was planning to move. However, the volume of the furniture was miscalculated. Consequently, a far too small truck and trailer were chosen, and not all the furniture could be transported. The team leader, who helped with the move and loaded the furniture, hadn't even seen this video! He himself had assessed the situation before loading and immediately pointed out that the volume was too much for the vehicle. When I contacted ET Moving Company, they couldn't explain it and even implied where all the furniture came from.
In short: It couldn't be more unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.
On the other hand, the two movers were excellent. They knew how to handle a move and were very satisfied. It turned out that the team leader himself owns a moving company, and I highly recommend them.

Moving from Tübingen to Leiden – Perfect Service!
Our move from Tübingen via Haan (with partial unloading) to Leiden in the Netherlands went absolutely smoothly, thanks to the outstanding work of the two movers.
Both were punctual, very polite, and always friendly. They worked extremely diligently and carefully – from the clean and secure packing of our furniture and belongings to the complete removal of all packing materials. Throughout the entire move, there was a positive and cheerful atmosphere, which significantly reduced the stress.
We are completely satisfied with the team's professionalism and dedication and highly recommend their services! Thank you for this perfect moving experience!
