Very good experience! The arrangement was very smooth and quick. I contacted them first on ebay Kleinanzeigen and then Whatsapp. The prices are great and they took good care of the stuff and were fast. Recommended.

. We had a wonderful experience with this company. We had a last minute disaster when our planned moving company screwed us over. They jumped in last moment and were nothing but professional and helpful and the pricing was on point and reasonable. They saved us during a very stressful move from Berlin to France and all of our items arrived safe and sound with good communication along the way. We would highly recommend these guys. Professional, friendly and very non fuss. Thanks muchos !!!

I asked this company to help me move a fridge simply from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. They said they can help but it will take them 3 hours to get here. I was desperate since none of my friends can help me so I said okay. After 3 hours no one comes. After i text them 3 and 20 minutes later they say they are too busy and I should find someone else!!

Highly not recommended. Not only did they ruin my washing machine so much that I had to buy a new one. So then their manager told to me that he sent the documents to the insurance company (which was not true), and he blocked my number so that I could not call him about this. Only later after several emails did he deign to send me the documents that must be filled out to send to the insurance company. And they didn't want to pay first. I had to prove that the breakdown was the fault of the loaders. As a result, their payment did not even cover my expenses.
And in addition, my old washing machine was in my place for several months, because the owner of DS Umzug said that the insurers would come to check it. And they were not going to. And when I ask the owner to help me take out the machine, he said that this was not his problem. Although it is his fault that I have left the machine. It could have been picked up when a new one was delivered.
Bottom line, if you decide to risk and deal with this company, ask them to provide all documents upfront. Just in case. Because I got my invoice in July (only because I demanded) but the work was done in April.
I believe that there are some happy clients as they did not face any issue. But if there is an issue, this company does not care about it.Lesen Sie mehr

They managed to move my whole 3 rooms apartment in just one day with packing/unpacking.
