GREAT SERVICE. PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, SUPER CAREFUL WITH THE PACKING, JUST REALLY GREAT OVERALL. LOVED IT!!! (I had many experiences with removalers in berlin...all quite awful. this was really good instead!)

We used Bennys services to move within the city and overall had a great experience. The movers arrived on time, handled fragile items and furniture with at most care. The team also coordinated perfectly and the move took lesser time than anticipated by us. Would definitely recommend!

We were really pleased with the service Benny's team provided. The workers arrived on time at 7:00 am sharp. We talked to the lead worker with what needs to be done and they proceeded to empty my father's apartment. They continually asked us what needs further completing and double checked important tasks. The workers were friendly and worked efficiently and with a plan in mind. They could have been somewhat neater with the water and a bit of mess in the hallway but overall, a very cooperative helpful group of workers. We appreciate their help from the super friendly receptionist to the workers. Thanks.

I & my family had one of the worst moving experiences unfortunately with Benny Umzuge & this should be no surprise to the team since I gave them continuous feedback during the relocation process. A super un-professional team was sent where their lead would shout on me every 5 mins. During the whole day probably I got shouted at more than 100 times. At some point I was so fed up that i told him that I want him to stop doing anything and just leave because I was done with the insults. And no this was not about language. They were simply un-professional. Complaining about everything. Didnt assemble my furniture properly and saying this is 'normal'. You hire a relocation service to have peace of kind especially when you are a young family with little kids. This was exact opposite of that.
