Two rooms were completely emptied and packed up, exactly on time and impressively quickly. Excellent service that we would gladly use again.

I hired three helpers with a van for one day. This was confirmed by email. Three days before the scheduled date, I wanted a quick confirmation that they would actually come on the booked day and that everything would go smoothly. I tried calling and messaging them several times, but couldn't reach anyone. The next day, I finally received a brief confirmation that they had scheduled the appointment.
I was initially relieved.
On the appointed day, we waited in vain and again couldn't reach anyone by phone or WhatsApp. No response, no sign of life, absolutely nothing.
After waiting for two hours in vain, I contacted another moving company through a classifieds site. I got through immediately, and they had time right away. They arrived within 50 minutes and did everything very well. They were a lifesaver.
I canceled the booking with A&O Moving immediately after receiving confirmation from the other company via email and WhatsApp.
Conclusion: It couldn't get any worse. I definitely do not recommend A&O!Lesen Sie mehr

The team was very nice and friendly, super punctual and fast. The no-parking zone was also set up in good time. I was impressed by what the two men accomplished in just under 2.5 hours. Unassembled furniture was wrapped in foil and everything arrived undamaged. I would gladly use them again! I would definitely recommend this company.
