Unfortunately, on October 28th, 2025, employees in Remscheid, at Am hohen Wald 15, were unfriendly and blocked the street for residents and businesses. Even after an emergency call came in and they were still blocking the road, none of the employees showed any understanding or even argued with the police. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely selfish.

After more than 30 years, we were faced with a major move – and we are very happy that we chose MKT. The first impression was positive: Mr. H. personally visited our apartment to inspect it and provided a quote. As new movers, we were unsure what to expect – but the price was even lower than we expected.
The move itself went absolutely smoothly: A no-parking zone was set up in advance, an external elevator was used, and heavy or bulky items were transported easily and carefully. At our request, lamps were also installed and a complicated, large wardrobe was dismantled and reassembled in the new apartment.
In the past, you would simply call your friends when moving – with the men from MKT, that familiar feeling somehow returned. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and worked together perfectly.
In the end, the invoice amount also corresponded to the previous estimate – no surprises, no hidden costs.

Hello,
We used this moving company a year ago. We were very satisfied, and the movers were also very friendly.
Unfortunately, we noticed today (a year later) that it seems they broke a drawer and simply repaired it without informing us. We bought this dresser two years ago and assembled it ourselves, so it's impossible that anyone else did it.
They're a great moving company overall, but this is a real breach of trust, and we won't recommend them or use them again ourselves.
Please just be honest when something gets broken instead of covering it up.
And for future customers: Check carefully at the end, including drawers and cabinets, to make sure they haven't broken anything.

We've already started preparing for summer. A big thank you to MKT UMZUG GmbH for their support.
As you can see in the pictures, they helped us lift our beach chair onto our patio. They were on time, super nice guys, and excellent communication. We would definitely use MK Transporte again.
