I am extremely satisfied. Mr. Mohammad and his team are very reliable, friendly, flexible, and accommodating. They also cater to individual requests. The communication beforehand, as well as the move itself, was very quick, relaxed, and uncomplicated!

We moved with Doktor Umzüge from Witten and are absolutely thrilled. The team arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. Honestly, it couldn't have been better.
The move was completely stress-free: everything was well-organized, they worked carefully, and yet it all went smoothly. Most importantly for us: absolutely everything arrived undamaged. Not a single dent, not a scratch, nothing.
What we also really appreciated was that our wishes were fully respected and all agreements were honored. Communication was excellent, friendly, and professional, not just on moving day, but also beforehand. We simply had the feeling the whole time that they knew exactly what they were doing and took us seriously.
If we ever move again, we would definitely hire this team again. It was truly a move with heart and expertise. Highly recommended.

A moving company with common sense and meticulous care. Excellent communication in German. Mr. Mohammad doesn't just make promises, he keeps them and is reliable. He advises on what's possible and what isn't, and we find a solution.
His employees were careful, very polite, didn't bang on walls, and worked calmly and quickly, without creating a stressful atmosphere. They are worth every penny. Highly recommended. I would gladly use them again for my next move.

A highly recommended moving company!
I hired this company for my mother's move, as she was downsizing. I couldn't have imagined better support!
The communication was incredibly friendly from the very beginning, both on the phone and in person. I especially want to highlight their quick availability. Questions were always answered promptly and courteously.
Scheduling was also straightforward and flexible. The pricing was completely fair and transparent. No hidden costs, no surprises. Simply reliable, punctual, and professional.
The move itself went smoothly and stress-free. Everything was handled with great care, and they even provided packing materials and moving boxes – a real plus! I was particularly impressed by their helpfulness even after the move: Mohammad actively helped find new homes for the furniture and other belongings that couldn't be moved to the smaller apartment, which helped us keep disposal costs to a minimum. Such dedication is truly exceptional!

I hired Doctor Umzüge for my move a few days ago.
The small move included, among other things, installing lamps and dismantling and disposing of a kitchen.
All work was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
