A huge compliment to the team! Our move went completely smoothly. We had serious concerns about a large refrigerator and a safe, but the team had everything under control and handled everything to our satisfaction. We would move with Amü again anytime. This company emptied my apartment during repairs due to water damage, temporarily stored the furniture, and then at least partially re-arranged it. During the work, numerous furniture damages were caused, which simply went unnoticed. The 'carpenter' incorrectly assembled my previously new and undamaged kitchen, causing multiple damages, and simply disposed of the leftover assembly materials and hinge covers in the trash, where I then found them. This, too, went unnoticed. Upon my complaint, the damages were repaired in an incredibly shoddy, temporary manner. For example, a damaged panel was unceremoniously shortened, creating a centimeter-wide gap where there hadn't been one before; a damaged area was simply smeared with paint, etc. Not only did this company completely ruin my new, undamaged kitchen - the reaction to the complaint and the botched 'repair' of the damage caused (which ultimately only made everything worse) are, in my opinion, almost beyond brazen and impudence.
November 13, 2023: The response shows that I was mistaken, and apparently, things can be even more brazen and impudent. Absolutely nothing was repaired professionally - the vast majority of the damage remained completely untreated after the 'repair.' Furthermore, with such a high-quality kitchen, I don't expect an inadequate, temporary 'repair,' but rather a replacement of the damaged parts.Lesen Sie mehr

Totally professional. Punctual, very neat, and a careful move. Nothing was damaged.
Very friendly, reliable, and courteous staff.
The owner, Mr. Müller, is absolutely right in terms of planning and assessment.
No other company wanted to inspect the belongings at home.
Only Mr. Müller came to the house and delivered the correct number of moving boxes.
The wardrobe boxes arrived on moving day and were even put away after the wardrobe was assembled.
For my next move, I'll only use Mr. Müller and his team.
