A friendly team that handled our furniture with care. They took all the stress out of moving. The on-site visit for the quote was particularly helpful. Everything was very convincing.

This company's business practices are an outrage. What was agreed upon as a total payment upon completion of the service suddenly becomes a demand for a partial payment before the service is even finished. They cite a clause in their terms and conditions as justification, but this clause doesn't actually contain such a demand. Then you read statements from the managing director, essentially saying the customer is too stupid to read, and threats such as the customer only receiving their stored property back upon prepayment. All of this is delivered in an outrageous tone. This company's behavior reminds me of mafia movies. Stay away from this company!

The move with Paultrans went absolutely smoothly. The team was punctual, friendly, and ensured that all the furniture arrived at the new home undamaged. I am very satisfied and would hire them again anytime.

I spent a long time looking for the right partner for my private move – and I made exactly the right choice with Paultrans. The move was very emotional for me personally, but the team was simply fantastic: respectful, helpful, and professional. Everything was transported safely, and nothing was broken. I would choose them again anytime; there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
