I can wholeheartedly recommend this moving company. I'm extremely satisfied, and my expectations were more than exceeded. Everyone was helpful and friendly, everything went smoothly and was well-organized according to plan. I would definitely use Jaad again.

I carried out my move with Jaad Umzug and am very satisfied with the entire service.
From the very first telephone contact, the employees were extremely friendly and professional. I was particularly pleased that they came by in person beforehand to assess the scope of the move and organize the appropriate vehicle.
The day before the actual move, they came with a team of about five employees to pick up my belongings. The pickup went smoothly, neatly, and was completed within about 30 minutes. They were punctual and worked very efficiently.
The next morning, they set off for Switzerland early. During transport, there were some unexpected difficulties with German customs. Despite these challenges, the team stayed by my side, supporting me and helping me until all of my belongings were successfully registered in Switzerland. This helpfulness meant a lot to me.
I would like to thank the entire Jaad Umzug team for their great work! I can definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend moving with Jaad. A highly competent team ensures a quick, uncomplicated, and smooth move. All employees are very friendly and accommodating in every respect. The carpenter also performed excellently; even when something was missing for the kitchen assembly, he drove me to the hardware store himself... simply fantastic. Many thanks to the entire team, keep up the good work, and stay safe and healthy.
