M&R Moving Company completely cleared out our apartment, including the basement and attic – leaving everything spotless, and all in just two days. From the initial viewing and quote to the final handover and invoicing, everything was handled with absolute professionalism and efficiency.
The price was very fair and transparent. We especially want to highlight the very friendly and reliable owner, who, along with his team, did a truly outstanding job.
We are completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend M&R Moving Company!

Unreliable! They didn't get in touch despite a scheduled appointment – only responding sporadically to emails and calls. Despite a two-month wait and multiple attempts to contact them, we still haven't received a quote. Absolutely not recommended.

Von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Rechnungsstellung war alles professionell und unkompliziert. Das Umzugsteam selbst war sehr freundlich und der Umzug (inklusive Möbel-Abbau und Aufbau, Entsorgung) lief reibungslos durch. Besser kann es nicht laufen.

This is the worst company I've ever worked with. This morning at 10:00 AM, the boss himself called me!
Without even saying good morning, he immediately berated me.
He said the money wasn't in his account yet!
My move was supposed to take place on November 27th, 2025, and today is November 4th, 2025, so the money should have been in his account before the move. This was completely new to me!
When he continued yelling at me and pressured me about the transfer, I canceled the order!
Where does this happen?!
Rude, insolent, and demanding payment in advance when there were still over three weeks to transfer the money is simply unacceptable!
I canceled the order and will also be contacting my lawyer.
Never again! Who needs this kind of service?!
