Everything went smoothly at first: a large wardrobe was assembled quickly, reliably, and professionally, despite the challenging space. However, after a few days, it turned out that two doors had been installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced, and for weeks now, no one has been reachable. I'm still waiting for the repair. Very disappointing.

We used this company's services for clearing out an apartment and moving from Düsseldorf to Leipzig. They helped me with the move and everything went smoothly. A really nice and competent team that did a very quick and good job. I can highly recommend them!

Completely unprofessional. Stay away from these amateurs!
I had them install my kitchen and I've been kicking myself about it every single day since. There's basically nothing positive to say, except that they actually showed up. Here is an (incomplete) list of defects that I unfortunately only noticed gradually:
- A leg on the corner cabinet was broken off; no one told me about it or even tried to repair it.
- A cabinet door was drilled into completely unnecessarily, and then they tried to cover it up with wood filler.
- The countertop was completely crooked after installation.
- The cabinet doors were misaligned and some were completely broken.
- Important small parts were simply thrown away.
- Cover plates were missing in many places (or ended up in the trash).
- Drawers were installed in the wrong places.
- Wall cabinets are not at the same height (clearly visible to the naked eye).
- The employee had to make several trips to Bauhaus (a hardware store) to buy materials because they were apparently not well-equipped, and they even wanted an advance payment.
- In the end, they haggled over the price.
- And so on and so forth...
I reported the defects and received empty promises that they would, of course, fix them. Eventually, they stopped responding to my calls. The money's gone, I'm left to deal with all the problems on my own, and I'm stuck with the extra costs.

On January 3rd, 2022, I had a thoroughly positive experience with AIO, compared to other moving companies I've used previously. Excellent value for money, friendly, punctual, and high-quality loading, unloading, and furniture assembly in the new apartment. If I need professional help again, I'll definitely call the guys from AIO!
