Excellent assistance when you have to relocate or travel with a dog. We moved from Germany to South Africa and were very worried about our beloved dog who had to travel by cargo. Pet Air arranged everything for us, provided documents and helped the dog to travel safely. Our dog arrived happily and healthy. Thanks to Pet Air!

We cannot recommend PetAir enough! Carlein was absolute fantastic and we would like to personally thank her so much in helping us get our cocker spaniel - Dexter safely from Germany all the way to Australia! He was so well looked after by the whole team during the transportation and the organisation and process was superb. Pet Air were fantastic and well organised in terms of flight information and details about how he would get from one leg of the journey to the next etc.
We were obviously quite nervous as it’s such a big move and huge thing for a dog but Carlein made everything go so smoothly and was happy to answer all of our questions and queries - she was amazing in terms of communication and keeping us in the loop. We 100% recommend this company if you need to move your pet overseas and especially Carlein who was absolutely amazing! Thank you so, so much Pet Air & Carlein! We couldn’t have done it without you & Dexter says woof (thank you) too! 😁🐕🙌🏼

Petair were absolutely wonderful for us, helping us with moving our dog Dexter from Germany to Australia. Carlein was attentive, ultra responsive and understood our worries and concerns. Thank you so much for everything, the customer service provided by Carlein was genuinely heart warming.

We had to ship our Great Dane to the US and used Pet air as our pet shipper and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I personally was in contact with Sheila and Sandro and both of them did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make sure that our dog got to the US without any issues.
They took care of everything and weren’t tired of my questions that I had regarding the flight and all the details! They were super helpful with the whole process and I can totally recommend them for anyone who has to use a pet shipping agency!

As a fur mom of a French Bulldog and living abroad, there are many challenges when it comes to flying with them back to the states. Thank goodness I found Sheila from PetAir and let me tell you that being my first time using a pet shipper this has been the absolute best experience. Working with Sheila was the best thing that could have happened to us. From day one she has always been available to answer the thousand questions and doubts that I had. Her knowledge and advice gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I am very grateful for her service and everyone who works with her. I recommend them 100%.

Absolutely incredible experience working with Sheila from PetAir GmbH. She went above and beyond my expectations, which has been a night and day difference in comparison from the last pet transport company I had experienced.
Sheila answered all my questions thoroughly, promptly, and helped me save lots of money! Plus she’s so down to earth and easy to talk to. We PCS’d from Frankfurt to Miami without much notice and she arranged everything for my dog within a few weeks, including adding our cat last minute. We are so thankful for her services and everyone working with her who was so kind, friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend for your pets!!
