Die Firma Transfair existiert seit 1990. Sie sind ein mittelständiges Unternehmen mit derzeit 20 Mitarbeitern und einem Fuhrpark von ca. 80 Fahrzeugen, PKW-Anhänger, Wechselcontainern sowie Schrägaufzügen.

Yes, it's cheap, but don't use it to move your furniture. I used their services to move boxes and furniture from Heidelberg to Belgium. They damaged several items, including a very expensive led TV and several pieces of furniture. I complained in time (less than 24 hours later and this was specified in the signed contract) and showed all the evidence necessary. I sent numerous E-Mails and called several times (a native, speaking perfect German). They first said they would deal with it but then ignored me (expecting it would 'go away') and said they would do nothing about (always being rude). I assume the insurance they claim to have is fake because I didn't get even 1 Euro for all the damaged goods (even when they recognised at first that it was a legitimate claim). If they had insurance, they would have at least used it to cover some of the damage. There is no other choice than denouncing them to a customer service institution.
On another occasion I just rented a van. The person that gave me the van said I should just fill up the tank and show it was full when I returned it (this was done orally, no paper was involved but I asked several times). After returning it, I had to fight with a very rude employee that wanted a bill from the gas station and didn't want to return my deposit. This was obviously not written anywhere and the other guy had explicitly said we just needed to show it was full.
All in all, I prefer to pay a little bit more, avoid problems, rude people and losing much more money in the long run.

I can’t comment on their actual rentals/products but based on their service I won’t go there again.
