The whole thing was extremely stressful. The boss underestimated the amount of work needed in my apartment by a significant amount and even forgot that I had a refrigerator because he hadn't taken any notes during the visit. Five men arrived on the first day in a rented van (no vehicles of their own), which ultimately had to make five trips, including one the following day. The workers were very efficient and friendly (hence 2 stars instead of one), but two of the men left in the early afternoon. Because there was much more than expected, they worked as quickly as possible – actually, the boss's miscalculation was to blame. To save time, most of the furniture wasn't wrapped at all, resulting in several, sometimes serious, scratches. To top it all off, two skylights in the old apartment were left fully open that evening, and unfortunately, it was a night of continuous rain! Only one piece of furniture was assembled, which was very well done. But if you absolutely must use this company, don't book the ceiling light fittings—the boss will do that, but he's not qualified to drill holes!!Lesen Sie mehr

Moving helpers arrived on time at the agreed date. A short inspection and consultation between each other and the apartment was empty in no time. The approach was very professional and care was taken to ensure that nothing was damaged. You really only pay what was agreed upon. I can really only recommend the company. Thanks again to the two very friendly helpers.
