Very professional and spontaneous. We had a small problem with our new refrigerator; it unfortunately wouldn't fit through our narrow stairwell. That same evening, they assessed our situation and discussed the best course of action. The next day, the refrigerator was already where it needed to be. It was installed through the second-floor window using muscle power. Fast, spontaneous, professional, super-easy communication, and the price was as agreed. Highly recommended!

I would like to share my extremely positive experience with Hanauer Umzugsspedition. I recently moved within the city, and the Hanauer Umzugsspedition team did an excellent job.
From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and courteous. Their customer service was outstanding, from planning to execution of the move. The team was punctual, well-organized, and extremely efficient. They carefully packed and transported all of my furniture and personal belongings, and nothing was damaged.
I was particularly impressed by the team's friendliness and helpfulness. They took the time to answer my questions and ensured the move went smoothly. They were also extremely conscientious when unloading and setting up the furniture in my new apartment, ensuring that everything was in the right place.
In addition, Hanauer Umzugsspedition's price-performance ratio was very fair. I obtained several quotes from other moving companies, and Hanauer Umzugsspedition offered the best combination of quality and price.
