We ordered equipment transportation from our data center, and the Zipmend team did a great job. I was able to track the delivery status, which was really nice. The driver arrived on time and delivered everything promptly.
Another important point: the shipment was significantly cheaper compared to competitors!
I highly recommend Zipmend and will definitely work with them again in the future.

I like working with Zipmend because you can book the service online but you can also talk to a 'real person' which gives me a better and more personalized service than working with big shipping companies like UPS, FedEx and DHL. However, during the last shipping in Finland, the courier broke the glass item in the box even though the box clearly stated there was glass inside and that it should behandled with causion. I also noted this in my email where I placed the request. This is why my rating is only four starts.

Zipmend literally saved my move from San Sebastián to Paris.
I had booked the transportation of 3 pieces of luggage’s that would fit in my car with another company. They were supposed to collect the luggages on a set date and deliver them 2 days later. The schedule was very tight as I was leaving Paris 2 days after the supposed delivery with list of the luggage’s’ content.
This company cancelled my luggages’ collection at 5pm on the day they were supposed to collect them meaning they couldn’t respect the date of the delivery.
I had to found a plan B and turned to Zipmend. In less than an hour, everything was organised. They collected the luggages on time and delivered them within the next 12 hours. The driver was super friendly and I was kept regularly informed about the progress of the delivery.
I highly recommend Zipmen and would call them again if I have another luggages’ transportation to organise.
