I've already recommended Zapf-Umzüge, under the management of Marc Schüler, twice. Both times, I received excellent feedback. The orders were handled in a straightforward, friendly, and competent manner. A good address for moves not only in Hamburg and the surrounding area, but also when the move isn't just around the corner, but across the globe.

I hired a moving company here for a self-managed move. Mr. Rüber sent me an extremely capable and hard-working helper who was more than worth his money. Communication was reliable and prompt. I would definitely recommend him.

I've already completed one business move and three personal moves with Zapf. I've been completely satisfied every time. Communication beforehand is straightforward, deadlines are met reliably, and all employees are friendly and motivated. They work quickly and accurately. If something doesn't go according to plan, it's communicated immediately and resolved together.
This makes the move a relaxed experience for me as a customer, because I'm never allowed to get involved! ;-)

I've used Zapf for several moves and can highly recommend them. Our entire moving team was incredibly competent, reliable, fast, and very friendly. Moving with them was actually a pleasure! The assembly service they offer as an add-on is also fantastic.
