Thank you so much for your fantastic support with our move!
We especially appreciated the following:
* Excellent communication right from the planning stage
* We were kindly informed about any existing damage.
* Very fast, organized, calm, and careful work ethic
* We had agreed on a fixed price. During loading, it turned out that not everything would fit in the vehicles. The remaining items were loaded two days later without any further discussion and delivered to our home, about 50 km away.
* All the employees speak excellent German and are truly pleasant.
We especially appreciated the following:

Incredible but true. I've never experienced such a perfect move. It started with our initial phone call, where Dardran immediately made me feel confident that he would do everything to organize the most perfect move possible. Two hours later, he was there, assessed everything, and shortly after, he brought me forty moving boxes. Every other moving company I called had already lost out to him. He was simply perfect and so empathetic, making every effort to fulfill my wishes regarding the move. On top of that, I was incredibly lucky that he told me he had to drive to Hamburg the next day. I had planned a move from Denzlingen to Flensburg. He made everything possible. I spent the whole day and half the night packing as much as I could. The next morning, he was there at 7:30 a.m., said everything was fine, packed the rest, including the oven, four wardrobes and their contents, sofas, and the moving boxes, and set off at 11:30 a.m. with two 5.2-ton moving trucks. He even called me a couple of times to tell me how the traffic was going and when I could expect to arrive in Flensburg. The next morning, he was already standing at my door in Flensburg, delivering everything. I met someone who touched me deeply and will always be there for me because he was so incredibly loving, fair, sincere, and respectful, and because he went above and beyond to organize a perfect move.

The execution of our move with the ALBA Umzüge team deserves far more than five stars! Even beforehand, communication with Dardan was extremely reliable and straightforward. You quickly realize that he is very experienced and knows what he's doing.
On the day of the move itself, everything went smoothly and, above all, quickly. I was very impressed with the speed with which the team transported our belongings from one address to another. All employees were very friendly and clearly committed to completing everything to our satisfaction.
It should also be mentioned that there were tradesmen working in our new house at the same time, and things were a bit chaotic. The team remained relaxed and handled the situation very well. I don't take that for granted! Everyone was very solution-oriented and wanted to do their job to the best of their ability.
Even at the end and as we said goodbye, it was clear again that customer satisfaction was our top priority!
